The Rabbit Hole

Take care of the sense, and the sounds will take care of themselves.

The epitome of hypocracy is a republican propagator.

I recently got forwarded another one of those ridiculous GOP talking point articles. One based solely on further spreading of propaganda.I found it necessary to post my email response.

Original article can be found here… Actually I will not advertise for them and help increase their hit count. Needless to say its an article calling on people cancel their Bank of America accounts because “Some People Said” a bank in some ass crack city didn’t allow locals to put flags on their yard for a fallen marine. Which on the counterpoint they already had flags flying.

—— Email Response Starts ——

This here proves the point of every American with half a brain. Spreading of baseless drivel. In response to this article.

>>> “Some residents in Gaffney said that a Bank of America removed flags that were placed on the property to honor a fallen Marine.”

You republicans will believe any damn thing anyone says as long as it sounds like something you can get up in arms about. As long as it gives you a reason to call someone or something unpatriotic. But furthermore, you preach in one breath that the nation is taking away our freedoms and then in the same breath you complain when someone does something that there are no laws requiring them to do. Which way do you want it?

Whats worse is its based on he said she said. All of it. There is YET to be a single GOP talking point based on fact. And even further, on this article, they Did have flags out front the day before and a mass amount of BoA do have flags in front of their buildings on a daily basis. TO be patriot, how many should they have 5, 10, 100? When can they take them down? How many do you have flying in your front yard? Do you have one for each troop death? Do you have 4,346flags in your front yard? Does your bank? Does it have to be for each troop, or just the ones you know, or they know, or within 10 miles of the bank, or 20, or 100? When does it end for you people?

Did you catch that, 4,346… Thats how many US soldiers have died in Iraq alone. Did you know that before reading this? Do many Americans at all? I did, a dirty unpatriotic liberal, keeps track of such things. It may not be headline news anymore, and they sure aren’t allowed to show the caskets coming in on the media broadcasts, but some of us anti-Americans as you GOP call us, keep track of such things more than most Repubs. My mom, the mother of all Liberals updates that figure in huge white numbers on the back window of her car every morning. But yet, hey we are the ones that disrespect the troops by not wanting this war, right?

You know I heard from someone in Ashland that HMD never flew flags after 9/11, thats so unpatriotic. Do you really want to be in a place like that?

Is this true? No its not, but that doesn’t mean that someone couldn’t say it if they were bitter. Its this pointless drivel that GOP spews on a daily basis that is tearing this country apart. Just to make sure they get what they want like a damn 8 year old on the playground that didn’t get the red ball he wanted.

You want to talk about anti-patriotism, how about division. Its not Obama that is dividing this country, it is You, the GOP that is dividing this country. With your constant nazi talk, your pointless and baseless lies, your disrespectful outbursts, your attempts at basing laws on religious elitism, on and on and on. Just because you lost the damn election. Get over it, work with it… For the sake of all that is holy, Man up, take a higher road and try to do something to HELP the country and not constantly push propaganda and bring it down.

Another thing, quit calling shit both a Socialist and a Nazi. Do Republicans even know the difference between socialism and fascism? I guess not because both are Not interchangeable. That one actually makes me laugh though. It Shows the low wit of town hall loonies. Whats even more hilarious, to build upon this ignorance, is the fact they call him Mooslim [sic] or Arab…. and still call him a Nazi. HA!. that is simply entertaining.

Furthermore, I guess I was asleep when the Aryans began accepting half black, liberal,  pro-choice, pro-LGBT, Hawaiian Presidents with socialistic tendencies.

I always thought the swastika was prevalent during the opening cross burning ceremony of a republican town hall meeting…. Kidding, or rather, in some cases, am I?

The epitome of hypocracy is a republican propagator.

BTW, I only CC’d a couple ppl I knew on this. I didn’t want to Reply-All and cause any friction for ya.

I miss ya brother, but ya gotta get your head out of the sand.

Marijuana Chemical May Fight Brain Cancer

Active Component In Marijuana Targets Aggressive Brain Cancer Cells, Study Says

April 1, 2009 — The active chemical in marijuana promotes the death of brain cancer cells by essentially helping them feed upon themselves, researchers in Spain report.

Guillermo Velasco and colleagues at Complutense University in Spain have found that the active ingredient in marijuana, THC, causes brain cancer cells to undergo a process called autophagy. Autophagy is the breakdown of a cell that occurs when the cell essentially self-digests.

The team discovered that cannabinoids such as THC had anticancer effects in mice with human brain cancer cells and people with brain tumors. When mice with the human brain cancer cells received the THC, the tumor growth shrank.

Two patients enrolled in a clinical trial received THC directly to the brain as an experimental treatment for recurrent glioblastoma multiforme, a highly aggressive brain tumor. Biopsies taken before and after treatment helped track their progress. After receiving the THC, there was evidence of increased autophagy activity.

The findings appear in the April 1 issue of the Journal of Clinical Investigation.

The patients did not have any toxic effects from the treatment. Previous studies of THC for the treatment of cancer have also found the therapy to be well tolerated, according to background information in journal article.

Study authors say their findings could lead to new strategies for preventing tumor growth.
